Graphics Fit for Harvest- Combine Harvester Wrap

That’s right, Lowen Certified wrapped its first ever Combine Harvester! AGCO, a crop harvest equipment company, recently decided that they wanted to spruce up the look of their Combine Harvesters that are represented at trade shows. Lowen Color Graphics took the lead by helping AGCO achieve the best service and quality by using  3M premium vinyl graphics. Once the graphics were printed, we sent our in-house 3M Preferred installers to do the dirty work.

Ray Carlson and Jeremey Jackson took a trip to the AGCO facility where they began to wrap the Combine. Carlson, who also teaches our installation classes here at Lowen Certified, said that it’s not that much different from wrapping vehicle. You utilize the same techniques as if you were wrapping the HHR here at our facility.

Carlson did mention that because of the Combine’s height, it did pose a bit of a problem- the ladder they had wasn’t tall enough. As most of the installers out there know, sometimes you have to take an alternate route. In this case, Carlson and Jackson took to the giant wheels of the combine and were able to successfully wrap the rest of the vehicle.

To Lowen’s knowledge, this is the first Combine wrap to be done. 3M IJ180-CV3 vinyl and 3M 8519 Luster laminate were used for the installation

This isn’t the first non-vehicle wrap that we’ve seen through our facility but in all the years that Lowen Color Graphics has been providing vehicle graphics for major brands, everyone commented that this is definitely a first for Combines.
